This website serves the daily needs of the students and instructors of the University of Iowa’s course in the applications of physical science (Chemistry & Physics).
This course is designed to:
- Expose it’s students to effective pedagogy in teaching physical science, including researched-based methods in modeling, inquiry, and misconceptions analysis.
- Deal with any lingering conceptual difficulties students may have in fundamental chemistry or physics and remedy them.
- Leave students with confidence in using student-centered methodologies in their own classrooms.
